Welcome to Sight Leads. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (sightleads.net) and the digital advertising services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Sight Leads is a digital advertising agency that provides custom marketing strategy, paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing), keyword research, landing page development, and related optimization services. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
Important: We do not guarantee specific results, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), lead volume, ad placements, or rankings. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: creative quality, offer competitiveness, market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, budget levels, and your sales processes. Any projections we provide are estimates based on historical data and industry benchmarks.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access to ad accounts and analytics, and to review and approve creative and strategy in a reasonable timeframe. Delays in client approvals or provision of assets may impact campaign performance and timelines.
Management fees and any project fees are outlined in proposals or statements of work. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). Management fees are typically due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in pause of services.
We retain ownership of all strategies, processes, templates, and custom code we develop unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon termination, you retain rights to your ad accounts, creative assets you provided, and final deliverables we created specifically for you (subject to full payment).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sight Leads and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or website.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date and for any ad spend committed on the platforms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your offers, creative, and business practices comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform advertising policies. We reserve the right to pause or refuse any campaign that we reasonably believe violates platform policies or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
